5. Revisions and Changes

6. Intellectual Property

• EchoBrain.Studio retains the right to display work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless confidentiality is requested.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. NDAs can be signed if requested.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

EchoBrain.Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Scotland, United Kingdom.

 

11. Changes to Terms
